Benetia Apartments & Cottage are situated on the northern coast of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island, far away from commercialised tourism, in a place of serene beauty and wilderness.
The Apartments with stunning panoramic views over the clear blue sea are ideal for anyone who appreciates nature and water activities such as sailing, scuba diving, kayak or exploring the many picturesque coves and beaches with a small boat.
The lush green mountains and surrounding countryside is perfect for leisurely walks to enjoy the attractive natural scenery.
The Apartments Benetia Apartments & Cottage Zakynthos
The family run Apartments are owned and cared for by Spyros, a friendly local fisherman, his French wife Magalie and family who are available to help you with anything you may need during your stay and offer advice on excursions or boat trips to the nearby Blue Caves and Shipwreck.
The accommodation consists of 3 one bedroom Apartments suitable for 2 adults and 2 children (with use of extra beds) or 3 adults. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, fridge, mini oven, electric rings and all utensils, air-conditioning, private bathroom with shower, living/dining area and single bed, spacious separate bedroom with wardrobes, a double bed and extra fold up bed if required. The furnished balcony has magnificent views over the Ionian Sea.
Within the grounds is a spacious area which is safe for children to play and there is also exclusive gated access from the grounds to our private cove ideal for snorkelling, where you will find free sunloungers and lilos. The owner can also show you around the beaches with his small boat or if you prefer, a kayak for 2 persons is available, for you to explore the stunning coast.

Location Benetia Apartments & Cottage Zakynthos
Close to the fishing port of Agios Nikolas - Skinari, in a secluded peaceful area is where you will find the wonderful Benetia Apartments. The scenery here is superb and it is also the location of two beaches and many good tavernas all within walking distance. The Apartments are also close to the typical village of Volimes which is completely unspoilt and it feels as though you are stepping back in time.
The locals are well known for their market that sells traditional handmade products including, rugs and lace and also homemade cheese, wine and natural honey from their own hives.
The area is a haven for those who enjoy water pursuits, relaxing in the sun and discovering the stunning coastline. This could not be a better spot for a nature lover to stay as there is a private cove (secured by a gate) right under the Apartments. Just go down the stairs from the accommodation and there you are! You will find starfish and other sea creatures in this peaceful environment.
Opposite is the island of Kefalonia (approximately a one hour boat trip), which not only provides attractive scenery but means that you can also incorporate a visit to the neighbouring island from the port. A ferry boat leaves twice a day for Kefalonia and from the port you can also take regular boat trips to the famous Blue Caves which are just 5 minutes away by boat and the Shipwreck which is approximately 20 minutes away.
